We All Want More Engaged Employees

We all want our employees to be happy, productive and engaged at work.  We want to build the kind of relationships with our employees that make them want to serve as our biggest advocates. 

But something gets in the way.

Somewhere between the day they first started and where they are now many employees become demotivated and disengaged.  Whether it be broken promises or broken communication employees decided to become backseat drivers instead of your co-pilots.  

According to the Gallup “State of The Global Workplace,” report only 13% of employees are engaged at work.  That means 87% of your employees are either disengaged or actively disengaged (i.e. negative or potentially hostile to their organization).


 

The Big Shift

There is a physical and mental shift taking place in the workplace.  Many of your employees are looking for more than just a paycheck.  They want to work towards something they believe in, they want to have more impact and they want to know that they are growing personally / professionally while helping your company hit business objectives. 

They want to give more to their employers and they expect more.  They know there is a good chance that they will not be with one company for 20, 30  or even 10 years but they want to help you grow while they grow as well.

The Pillars of Brand Inside a Brand

Brand Inside a Brand is a program focused on helping to turn your employees into your biggest advocates by teaching them how to build their personal brand for business and personal results. 

The four pillars of Brand Inside a Brand:

  1. Assessment: teaching your employees self assessment so they are grounded in who they are, their greatest strengths and what is most important to them.  It also focuses on looking at an environmental assessment.  You can’t use generic strategies.  Everything we do will be grounded in the current reality of your company. 
  2. Build: teaching your employees how to build the relationships and community that will help them to advance their career and your business objectives.
  3. Manage: teaching your employees how to manage time and aligning themselves to projects that showcase their greatest strengths.
  4. Lead: teaching your employees how to position themselves and your company as thought leaders through storytelling and the power of social media
